Our Roadmap

The development roadmap for a full data center project platform

Powerland Map is being developed in six sequential layers. Each layer grows the platform's capabilities and unlocks clearer commercial, delivery or investment decisions for participants across the data-center value chain.

This is a capability roadmap, not a delivery calendar. Scope, country coverage, partner availability and delivery approach are confirmed after human review.

Who each layer serves

Business pathways by segment

The stages show where current intelligence and future human-reviewed capabilities support each participant's next decision

Data center operators

01 · 02 · 05
Business need
Compare markets and competing supply to prioritise expansion and commercial positioning.
Decision support
Supply by operator and status, sourced IT capacity, timing, anonymised demand and dated market changes; reported capacity is not available capacity.
Outcome
A market and competitor shortlist to guide expansion and commercial qualification.

Cloud, AI & GPU providers

01 · 02 · 03
Business need
Shortlist locations for cloud and AI deployments against disclosed capacity, power evidence and delivery timing.
Decision support
Site capacity and its basis, sourced power milestones and RFS, technical fields only where documented, and cost references; no live inventory or guaranteed capacity.
Outcome
A deployment shortlist with the technical and commercial questions to confirm with operators.

Enterprise occupiers

01 · 03 · 05
Business need
Compare hosting locations and providers before engaging in a capacity search.
Decision support
Tracked providers, sites, status, geography and sourced capacity and dates; no certified resilience, security, SLA or real-time inventory is implied.
Outcome
A structured provider and location shortlist for an internal sourcing brief.

Developers & site owners

01 · 02 · 03
Business need
Qualify land, power evidence and market positioning before committing development resources.
Decision support
Site stages, sourced power paths, reported capacity, RFS, demand and coverage limitations; proximity does not establish grid access.
Outcome
Development priorities and a clear list of assumptions to validate locally.

Investors & lenders

01 · 02 · 06
Business need
Compare projects and markets to focus investment screening and diligence.
Decision support
Sourced status, capacity, timing and cost context where available; no automatic valuation or credit decision.
Outcome
A prioritised diligence shortlist with comparable project and market evidence.

Market research & strategy

01 · 02 · 05
Business need
Build market sizing, competitive landscape and market-entry studies from traceable evidence.
Decision support
Country, operator and status comparisons; reported versus modelled IT, RFS, anonymised demand, sourced electricity and CAPEX where available, and cycles; not a full census or forecast.
Outcome
A traceable evidence base and assumption set for market studies and strategic analysis.

Construction & EPC

02 · 03 · 04 · 05
Business need
Prioritise business development by project stage, geography, disclosed scale and timing.
Decision support
Project stage, disclosed scale, dated milestones and sourced expansion; construction status never means a tender is open.
Outcome
A project pursuit shortlist for business development and bid/no-bid research.

Engineering & technical advisers

01 · 02 · 03 · 05
Business need
Identify projects approaching feasibility, design, permitting or technical diligence decisions.
Decision support
Documented project stage, constraints, power path, timing and sources; no generated design or technical signoff.
Outcome
A focused technical prospecting list and an evidence checklist for initial scoping.

Real estate & transaction advisers

01 · 02 · 06
Business need
Support site searches, commercial positioning and transaction screening with comparable market evidence.
Decision support
Sites, actors, status, capacity and timing; transaction evidence only where available, with no inferred mandate, seller intent or availability.
Outcome
A market-backed shortlist for site searches and transaction discussions.

Energy, utilities & renewables

01 · 02 · 04 · 05
Business need
Understand emerging data-center load signals to prioritise energy, renewable power and storage discussions.
Decision support
Supply and anonymised demand geography, power paths, sourced country electricity costs, mapped networks and generation; utilities, grid stakeholders, IPPs, renewable developers, suppliers, PPA and storage providers can qualify directly. Proximity is not headroom; planned MW is not contracted load or a PPA lead.
Outcome
Geographic and account priorities for energy development and commercial qualification.

Equipment & technology suppliers

03 · 04 · 05
Business need
Locate projects where equipment and infrastructure technology needs may emerge.
Decision support
Project stage, timing, capacity bands, sourced technical context and changes; no inferred bill of materials or order.
Outcome
An account and project plan for equipment and technology prospecting.

Telecoms & connectivity

01 · 03 · 04
Business need
Identify markets and project clusters for fibre, carrier and interconnection qualification.
Decision support
Project geography, stage, timing and connectivity fields where present; no inferred fibre routes, on-net availability, latency or route diversity.
Outcome
A geographic and account shortlist for connectivity qualification.

Commissioning & operational services

04 · 05
Business need
Time commissioning, maintenance, facility management and security prospecting to evidenced asset milestones.
Decision support
RFS and lifecycle milestones, operational stage and documented upgrades; no tender or contract inference.
Outcome
A service prospecting shortlist linked to documented delivery and operating milestones.

Public agencies & economic development

01 · 02 · 03
Business need
Benchmark territories and investment positioning against tracked supply, demand and infrastructure evidence.
Decision support
Comparable supply, demand where available, power context, planning records and source gaps; agencies, local authorities, public development bodies and free zones must validate locally.
Outcome
A territory positioning brief and a checklist for investor discussions.

Source-qualified signals guide prioritisation and human qualification. They do not disclose confidential tenders, guarantee work or prove available grid headroom
