Terms of use

The rules that apply to this website and, for subscribers, to access to the Powerland Map terminal

Last reviewed 31 August 2026

The service

Powerland Map publishes market intelligence on data centre supply, anonymised demand and evidence-based matching. Access to the terminal is vetted: applications are reviewed before an account is opened, and each subscription's scope is defined by the plan or order form under which it was issued

Accounts and access

  • Credentials are personal to the named user or the seats defined in the order form and must not be shared beyond them
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account
  • We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms, after notice where practicable

Licence and acceptable use

Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the terminal and its data for their own internal business analysis. The following are not permitted without prior written agreement

  • Redistributing, reselling, publishing or syndicating records, datasets or substantial extracts, in any form
  • Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading or systematically extracting content, whether manually or by automated means
  • Building or training a competing product, dataset or model on the content
  • Removing or obscuring source, confidence or verification indications attached to records
  • Probing, disabling or circumventing access controls or usage limits

Short quotations with attribution to Powerland Map are welcome in internal memos and investment papers

Data limitations

The service provides market intelligence, not investment, legal, tax or engineering advice. Records reflect the evidence available at their last verification date and carry explicit confidence levels; estimated capacity is directional and is not equivalent to contracted or deliverable capacity. You remain responsible for independently verifying any information before committing capital, capacity or a delivery date. The full verification method is described in the methodology and the boundaries of published data in the data policy

Availability

We work to keep the service available and current, but no uptime level is contractually guaranteed under these general terms. Any service commitment, where agreed, is defined in the applicable order form

Intellectual property

The terminal, its design, classifications and compiled databases remain the exclusive property of the operator. No right other than the licence above is granted

Changes

These terms may evolve with the service. Material changes affecting subscribers are notified before they take effect; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance
